HP

I haven't posted for quite a while, so I thought it was time to get back in the game! I've been growing a baby these past 7-8 months, and I must say all those new hormones, and body changes do tend to scatter a girl's brain. I haven't quite been myself, and my creativity and artisitic productivity have suffered for it.
I painted this character sketch for fun after catching up on the latest of my favorite books...Yes, I admit it, I am a huge Harry Potter nerd.
Hopefully my next post will happen much sooner than later.....

Blessings again Mrs. Fix and to comment on young Potter, he has a bit of the ol' Pierce Brosnan thing happenin...cinematic magic!

Wow that is beautiful, Anne. I love how you captured Harry's serious nature. :) I am a big Harry Potter geek too.

It must be so exciting, getting ready for the little one. Yay! You are going to be the best mom EVER! (And Colin will be the best dad ever too! You two rock!) :)

Great painting Anne! OH! I've got a great idea! You should name the baby Harry Potter! "Harry Potter Fix!" It's an awesome name!!! He or she will be the envy of all the other children!

Hey Dave---great idea! We were going to go with David Yee Fix, but you're right, Harry Potter Fix has a better flow. ;)

Very cool picture! Nice to see you posting again. I never actually read any of the books, but I keep meaning to.

Congratulations on the baby! Something tells me he might possibly one day be interested in becoming an artist.
